Once At Hawkesbury First Up This Prep When Led From Impossible Barrier 10 Over 1300m & Still Ran 6th of 14 Runners Beaten Only 5 Lengths To "Anatomic" Winner of Last 2 At Hawkesbury, "Ziprossa" Winner of Last 2 At Canterbury & Warwick Farm, "Smart Money", "Bolster", "Black Pirate", So They Finished In Front of Him & You Would Be Proud To Own Any of Them. "At The Fore" Also Ran 4th At Wyong 2 Starts Ago On The Only Other Good Track & Sat Outside The Leader All The Way From Barrier 11, So His Whole 10 Starts Have Been Plagued With Slippery Wet Tracks & Terrible Barriers. This Fella Obviously Showed A Lot To Be Racing In A 250k & 2 Other Sydney City Saturday 70k Races In The First Place, So When You Look Through His Form It's Also Obvious That He Has Alot of Speed & Simply Doesn't Handle Soft Tracks. Completely Forget He Ever Went Around Last Start At Wyong 27k Race When Copped Barrier 9 & Was Caught Out 4 Wide On The Speed Over 1600m For The First Time & Not To Mention Got Hampered At The Start & At The 450m Mark "See Stewards Report" So His Name Is Simpson & Not Samson haha. Did A Similar Thing At Canberra & Rosehill Earlier Over 1400m, So Had Good Excuses Though Doesn't Really Get Any Further Than A Strong 1300m At This Very Tough Level & Simply Needs A Bit of Luck With Good Tracks, Barriers & Maybe A Drop Down In Class Would Do The Trick As Well. In Full Work, Well Bred, No Vices, Good Doer & Has A Nice Temperament. Very Talented & Speedy 3yo Sprinter Who Is Absolutely Screaming Out For Speedy Dry Fast Tracks On Any Front Running Provincial Country Tracks Around Australia Like Provincial Country NSW With The Bobs or Mid-Week Doomben, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba etc etc etc
