A Trojan Bloodstock will
pay the seller of the horse the purchase price minus the agreed
agents fee within 24 hours of receiving correct sale documents. All
transactions will be by direct bank transfer. We will not make the purchaser’s
payment to the seller until the paperwork, including Ownership and
Transfer documents have been completed and received by our office.
Potential buyers
are advised to check all details supplied by us for any inaccuracies.
While all care will be taken in
helping a potential buyer choose a horse suitable to them, A
Trojan Bloodstock will in no way be held responsible once the monetary
transaction has taken place.
Buyers are to realise
that it is a policy of "A Trojan Bloodstock" to with hold the papers (passbook)
& transfers (signed), until all monies are paid to the seller and "A
Trojan Bloodstock". Once the seller & A Trojan Bloodstock have been paid,
these items will be then posted express delivery within 24hrs, to the buyer.
Buyers are also advised
by A Trojan Bloodstock to obtain a Vet Examination before purchasing any
Racehorse. This is also a policy of A Trojan Bloodstock. Ultimately it is up to
the Buyer, though it is not advised by A Trojan Bloodstock.
A Trojan Bloodstock will
not be held responsible for any injuries to any horse, but will try and keep
buyers informed if an injury occurs after we have listed a horse on
this site.
The seller must
also agree to give A Trojan Bloodstock three weeks exclusive selling
rights once the horse has been given to us to sell. Any contacts given to
the seller during this time by A Trojan Bloodstock which ultimately ends in a sale, the seller
must still pay A Trojan Bloodstocks agreed fee.
